Our broker was Leanne, she was very supportive and helpful throughout the whole process of us getting our mortgage and completing on our first home. Whenever I needed help and advice Leanne was always there and made the process so much easier. I was always able to call or email and she got back to me straight away. Tracy was exceptionally helpful from the first moment we spoke with her about our remortgage. Martin assisted me and my husband with remortgage of our house. He has already helped my husband with his previous house purchases in the past so we knew he would be the best person to get in touch again. He is really professional but at the same time friendly and he definitely has the knowledge and experience you need for obtaining mortgage or different types of insurance as he assisted us with a life insurance as well. He is always very responsive and proactive as he will chase everyone involved in the process so your mortgage is approved as soon as possible. Working with Tracy was a joy, she is a true industry expert and her expertise was invaluable. Purchasing a house is a complex and strsssful task, but I can honestly say Tracy took away the stress, she had all the answers...to my many questions, and made the process incredibly smooth. She secured us a fantastic deal with a great rate, and went above and beyond to help. I couldn't recommend her services enough, and she is also super friendly and easy to talk too and was brilliant at explaining things, and as this was my first mortgage I was totally clueless:)

Just completed a purchase though City Mortgage Solutions with Gary, and I cannot praise him enough for the professionalism and customer service he provide.
