The Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) is the industry-recognised qualification for UK mortgage advisers. Every consultant at City Mortgage Solutions Limited holds it, alongside ongoing regulatory training, before they advise a single client.

Independent mortgage advice, done properly
City Mortgage Solutions Limited exists to give buyers, movers, landlords and the self-employed access to independent, whole-of-market mortgage advice, delivered by a named, CeMAP-qualified adviser rather than a call centre. We're a mortgage broker, not a bank, which means our only job is finding you the right deal from across the market, not selling you our own product.
That means comparing more than 90 lenders on your behalf, including deals that are only available through a broker; explaining every recommendation in plain English rather than jargon; and staying with you as your single point of contact from your first enquiry through to the day your mortgage completes. We advise on first-time buyer mortgages, home mover mortgages, remortgages, buy-to-let and protection, in person locally where an adviser covers your area, or by phone and video wherever you are in the UK.
