In the unlikely event that you should need to make a complaint against either City Mortgage Solutions or one of our agents, please notify us of the details using the form below. We will pick up your issue as a matter of urgency and notify you as we progress with your complaint. If you would like a copy of our complaints procedure please contact us.

This is not a quotation under the Consumer Credit Act. Figures are subject to validation of income, credit checks and a property valuation.

Should you make a complaint, and our investigation and outcome do not meet with your satisfaction, we will refer you to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) for an independent review. You can contact them at any stage of the complaints process through their website – or call them on 0800 0234567
