Where do I start? As a first-time buyer purchasing on my own, I was quite nervous about the mortgage process, but Martin made everything feel so much simpler. He explained each step of the mortgage application clearly and in a way that was easy to understand.

Whenever I had a question or concern, Martin was always just a phone call or email away. No matter how small or silly I thought my question was, he took the time to explain everything patiently and made sure I understood.

I honestly cannot recommend Martin enough. He supported me throughout my entire buying journey, and I’m so grateful for all of his advice, suggestions, and encouragement along the way. I’ve now moved into my new home, and I truly don’t think I could have done it without his help.

Thank you so much, Martin — I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done :)

We have used City Mortgage Solutions for a good few years with Roy being our mortgage advisor. I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough, he has gone above and beyond to help us find the right product explaining the process every step of the way. This has made the whole process stress free which we are grateful for.
His communication had been excellent explaining what is happening and what to expect next, as well as checking in regularly with any updates.
I would highly recommend Roy and we will be using him again in the future.
Thank you.

I’ve been using City Mortgage since 2015 for both my buy-to-let and home mortgage needs, and I’ve consistently had an excellent experience throughout.
Ganga has been incredibly supportive over the years, and I’ve built a very strong relationship with her, assisting me with all mortgage/re-mortgage/BTL solutions. Honestly, is Ganga or nobody — I trust her completely with all my mortgage solutions.

I’ve also used City Mortgage Solutions for my Trust/life insurance, and Kulvir Biriah gave me excellent advice on choosing the most suitable policy for our needs. The guidance we received was clear, helpful, and reassuring.

I highly recommend City Mortgage Solutions Ltd for top-notch mortgage solutions, as well as trust, life, and home insurance.
